“ Went to this place for the Harry Potter pop-up bar. Had an awesome time! Had the steak bites and desert. The food was great! Had some drinks as well. Our waitress was very helpful on picking which drink and food we should get. Decorations were cool looking, and we did not feel rushed. Highly recommend, but make sure to do a reservation! ”

“ Update: Since the original review, Iron Gate has become one of our favorite places. They constantly introduce new menu items without sacrificing quality. On Tuesdays, they are currently doing the Summer Supper Club, which is amazing! I hope they continue after summer is over as well. Original: This was our first time visiting Iron Gate and won't be the last. We ordered the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer, and it didn't disappoint. For dinner I had the burger with truffle tots and my significant other had the fire pie. The truffle tots were out of this world! Everything else was also tasty, with the pie having just enough heat to not be overbearing. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was because I ordered a medium rare burger and got one well done. That aside the flavors were still good, so the place has the potential to be one of the top spots in Wyandotte. ”

This spot is so trendy and fun! I loved the truffle fries, I would highly recommend. They did not taste like the cheap truffle oil and I really appreciate that. I will say ..while my Walleye was delicious , I was jealous of the hamburger several people raved about. Next time! The French fries and churros also got gobbled up quickly!
